Greater Depth in our teams

Let’s skip the discussion around the economic climate and get to the gist of it. Especially now that the interest rate is lower. We’re all asking “how can we do more with less or leverage technology better to improve productivity and efficiency”.

This year has already been eventful with elections, road works and.... the Rand is stronger. We’ve also seen Galdon grow from two business units to three. This allows us to be focused on the same items as any other business in terms of efficiency and productivity. The result is also a much more focused business unit to service our customers and have greater depth in our teams.

This gives us a better understanding of our customer’s requirements and provides them with more solutions and services. It also builds on our last 11 years of existence in providing productivity solutions in various forms and sizes. We now look at today’s challenges and technologies - like how Unified Communications help with saving travel costs by instant face-to-face meetings with internal and external people without leaving the office. Technologies like SharePoint offer improved productivity through Portals, Electronic forms, Search, content management and efficiency is driven through better business process management with the use of workflow.

These are the areas where we find that customers are addressing to change their organisations.
